Please note: Monogrammed and personalized gifts may not be returned unless they are damaged.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gift, we'll exchange it or refund the credit card used for purchase within 30 days.

All credits will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit. Purple Pumpkin Gifts reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met. Shipping is to be paid by sender. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Purple Pumpkin Gifts is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product,
Purple Pumpkin Gifts will provide a prepaid USPS or UPS return label.
Products
